Foreign experience in the field of transport control is being studied

These days, a delegation of employees of the Transport Control Inspectorate under the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Digital Transport Center and the Transport Research Center is in the Republic of Poland.

As part of the visit, a meeting was held with officials led by the Director of the Department of Road Transport of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Poland.

At the meeting, the experience of Polish colleagues was reviewed in relation to the processes of checking the activities of the road transport inspectorate, monitoring weight and volume parameters, procedures for rest and work of drivers, as well as permission to increase international cargo transportation by road in order to verify permitting documents.

The parties also discussed promising areas of cooperation between the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Infrastructure of Poland.
