Uzbekistan and Iran aim to exchange experience and develop new pharmaceutical technologies

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -In order to study the potential of the pharmaceutical industry of Iran and discuss the possibilities of establishing bilateral cooperation, a delegation of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry of Uzbekistan, together with representatives of 30 domestic companies, is on a visit to Tehran.
The main objective of the visit is to establish business ties with Iranian pharmaceutical companies, exchange experiences and explore opportunities for implementing innovative solutions.
One of the key events was negotiations with representatives of TPICO (Tehran Pharmaceutical Industry Company), which is one of the largest players in the Iranian pharmaceutical market.
During the meeting, current trends in the industry, the introduction of innovations and prospects for cooperation between TPICO and the Uzbek side were discussed.
TPICO representatives introduced the delegation to advanced scientific developments, modern production facilities and a range of high-quality products, emphasizing their readiness to deepen cooperation.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed mutual interest in developing partnerships, including organizing joint educational programs for young people, exchanging research experience, introducing new technologies, and identifying priority areas for further cooperation.
